This site tells you about our DJ, MC, and event lighting services and lets you get in touch. The info here — including any packages, features, and descriptions — is for general information and marketing. It is not a contract or a guarantee of any specific price, availability, or result.

Inquiries & Quotes

When you fill out a form or call, you’re asking us for information — you’re not booking anything yet, and you’re not agreeing to pay anything. Filling out a form does not reserve your date. Any quote we give is an estimate based on the details you share, and it may change if those details change.

Booking & Your Event Agreement

Your event is only booked once we both sign a written service agreement and any required retainer or deposit is paid. That signed agreement — not this website — sets the final price, services, dates, payment schedule, and cancellation and refund terms for your event. If anything in a signed agreement differs from this website, the signed agreement wins.

Your Responsibilities

• Give us accurate details about your event (date, venue, timing, and contacts).
• Make sure your venue allows our setup, sound, and any lighting or effects you request, and provides safe power and access.
• Use this website lawfully — don’t try to disrupt it, misuse the forms, or submit false information.

Photos, Content & Trademarks

All content on this site — text, photos, videos, graphics, the SKAN the DJ name, and logo — belongs to SKAN the DJ or is used with permission, and is protected by law. Please don’t copy, reuse, or republish it without our written OK.

Reviews & Event Media

Reviews and testimonials shown here reflect real client experiences, but individual results can vary from event to event. With appropriate permission, we may photograph or record events and use that media to promote our services. If you’d prefer we not use media from your event, just let us know in writing.

Third-Party Links & Tools

This site may link to or use third-party services (like Google, review platforms, or our contact-form provider). We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is at your own discretion.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
